In general, fans don’t get much attention at all. Fans are also tired of lottery giveaways on social media and unpersonalized transactional marketing tactics which creates a disconnect between the brands and fans.Brands want to offer a more immersive experience to their fanbase, but are experiencing challenges with weak fan engagement, complexities around cryptocurrency and NFT offerings, concession sales for live events induced by Covid-19, noisiness of social media, and a lack of incentives to excite the fans.
